We are centrally located in the picturesque village of Hartington. We have 2 great pubs, a lovely farm shop, a cafe, 2 well stocked shops, and a renowned cheeseshop within 5 minutes’ walking distance.

Hartington is on the Tissington Trail, and has public footpaths going off in every direction. It is a hotspot for walkers and cyclists and many well known routes go through the village.

There are many excellent pubs and restuarants in the surrounding villages. We are within 20 minutes of Buxton, Ashbourne, Matlock and Bakewell - and we provide a full list of our recommendations of places to go and things to do.
